Rushlift recognises that managing a fleet of forklifts and other industrial equipment is often a necessary part of our customers’ activity but not always a core competence of their organisation. For such customers, Rushlift provides a comprehensive Fleet Management Service that ensures the customer procures and uses their fleet in the optimal way, combining the service elements that Rushlift provide to provide cost effective solutions.
Customers can keep track of repair and maintenance activity using FMS, and will be offered a bespoke suite of Key Performance Indicators that will allow them to make decisions to maximise their fleet efficiency. A single point of contact is normally arranged along with a dedicated call centre operation if required by the customer.
