CELEBRATING NATIONAL APPRENTICESHIP WEEK: MATTIA'S JOURNEY AT RUSHLIFT GSE
As National Apprenticeship Week continues, we celebrate the dedication and achievements of our apprentices, including Mattia, a second-year Rushlift GSE apprentice. His journey so far has been marked by steady progress, hands-on learning and an expanding skill set.
Since our last conversation, Mattia has continued to develop positively, learning more each day and staying on track with his progress. His increasing confidence and technical abilities highlight his commitment to mastering his trade and making valuable contributions to the team.
Mattia appreciates working with a variety of mentor, which has broadened his knowledge and experience. He gets on well with all his mentors and credits them for helping him develop a deeper understanding of different aspects of the job. Exposure to multiple perspectives has strengthened his skills and adaptability in the workplace.
Stewart Salmon, Operations Manager at Rushlift GSE, has been impressed with Mattia’s development. He shared “Mattia is progressing really well within his apprenticeship and has become an important team member, effectively supporting the team’s workload. He has helped us become a more dynamic and adaptable workforce, whilst fostering a culture of mentorship, learning and continuous improvement.”
At Rushlift, we take great pride in our apprentices, who bring enthusiasm, fresh perspectives and a commitment to learning. As we celebrate National Apprenticeship Week, we look forward to seeing Mattia continue to thrive.
