RUSHLIFT NOW SUPPLING BOBCAT LI-ION BATTERIES AND CHARGERS

Rushlift Ltd, a leading multi-brand supplier of material handling equipment, is pleased to announce the launch of Bobcat’s new line of lithium-ion (Li-ION) batteries and chargers, now available through Rushlift. Developed in-house by Bobcat, these advanced energy solutions are designed to integrate seamlessly with Bobcat’s electric forklifts delivering reliable, high-performance power for modern warehouse and industrial operations. 

The rollout of Bobcat Li-ION batteries will take place in two waves. Wave 1 introduces the 600 Ah battery, compatible with the B40/45/50X-7 models. Wave 2, scheduled for later this year will expand availability to all other battery configurations, including 400 Ah and additional 600 Ah models, for the full range of Bobcat Electric Forklifts.

Bobcat’s lithium batteries provide operators with flexible, long-lasting power. With a lifespan 2-3 times longer than traditional lead-acid batteries and fast, efficient charging. Businesses can keep work flowing with minimal downtime. Key features include: 

• Battery capacities: 400 Ah and 600 Ah options across all voltage and series 

• Integrated truck CANBUS: eliminates the need for a separate battery display and ensures maximised energy consumption  

• Cell chemistry: LiFePO4 (LFP) = Lithium iron (ferro) phosphate 

• Advanced heat management system applied down to -18 degree Celsius 

• Warranty: 5-year/10,000-hour coverage, ensuring long-term value 

Complementing the new batteries, Bobcat Li-ION chargers are engineered to keep your equipment powered and operating at peak efficiency. Designed for fast and reliable performance, the chargers are available in multiple configurations: 

• 51.2 V – 200 A (for 400/600 Ah batteries) 

• 51.2 V – 300 A (for 600 Ah batteries) 

• 80 V – 200 A (for 400/600 Ah batteries) 

• 80 V – 300 A (for 600 Ah batteries) 

At a 0.5C charging rate, batteries can be charged from 0 to 1--% in approximately 2 hours, keeping operations moving with minimal downtime.
