What will you be doing?

Here at Doosan, as part of the Technical and Training team, you will support our engineers with technical knowledge and training to help them provide excellent Customer service and solutions to our Customers. Your expertise within the MHE Industry will play a key role in the continued development of our engineers. Some of the key responsibilities include;

  • Providing technical support for engineers over the phone & Email, and to occasionally assist on customer sites;
  • Provide Service training for PM engineers;
  • Service / repair training & Operator Training for Lorry Mounted Cranes;
  • Providing Training on Manufactures equipment including Moffatt, Linde, Still, Mitsubishi, OMG, Jungheinrich, VNA, Ground support equipment (GSE), Pyroban, Doosan & other makes as appropriate;

What Are We Looking For?

To join our team as our Training Officer, you will need;

  • 5 years experience within the Materials Handling Industry;
  • Ability to present classroom & workshop based training;
  • Qualified or willing to become qualified in operator licensing on B1/B2/B3 counterbalance and Reach truck/Power Pallet.
  • City & Guilds Qualifications; and
  • and a big helping of Inhwa.
