In addition to providing all types of forklift trucks, from powered pallet trucks to wire-guided systems, Rushlift hires and maintains a wide range of industrial equipment such as sweepers, mobile plants, and lorry loader cranes.

About the role
Our Contracts Managers are second to none at building relationships and ensuring our most significant contracts' smooth and profitable running. They know how important delivering our promises for our customers is, and work closely with all areas of the business to achieve this. The overall purpose of this role is to manage and oversee specific contracts within the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Carrying out new truck installations
  • Carrying out site surveys
  • Attending customer meetings as required and pro-actively suggest business improvements
  • Liaising with internal departments to achieve common goals
  • Working alongside the Account Director to ensure all issues are resolved
  • Escalating of complaints as required
  • Reviewing contract performance and suggesting improvements for internal and external management
  • Compiling and presenting customer reports
  • Monthly and quarterly review meeting data to be shared with the Account Director
  • Regularly reviewing meetings documented, and actions taken. Creating performance plans where required
  • Conducting a customer, supplier and engineer visits to cover any issues or projects as required
Experience required for this role:
  • Minimum 2 years contract management or corporate account management experience
  • Experience within the MHE or similar industry
  • Experience with multisite account management

  • Confident in using the Microsoft package
  • Strong influencing and communication skills at all levels
  • Flexibility to travel
