What will you be doing?

Here at Doosan, as part of the People Team, you will support the function with administration support, along with other HR project work. You will have the chance to develop in all aspects of HR. Some of the key responsibilities include;

  • Monitor and maintain the shared People inbox, and action/escalate as appropriate;
  • Data inputting, maintain HR systems;
  • Maintain personnel files;
  • Assisting with recruitment, scheduling interviews;
  • Manage Employee Assistance Programme and the Employee Welfare Scheme;
  • Preparing and administer HR documents, offer letter, contracts and amendments;
  • Other HR related projects.

What Are We Looking For?

To join our team as our HR Administrator, you will need;

  • 1 years experience within in a HR role;
  • 3 years in an administration role;
  • A good understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a HR function;
  • Highly confidential person; and
  • and a big helping of Inhwa.
