Role: Internal Sales Representative
Location: Northampton
As the Internal Sales Representative at Rushlift, you will grow the fleet of customer owned trucks and increase revenue from the service side of the business. You will use the existing database of customers as well as investigating avenues for future growth. Customer satisfaction must be at the heart of everything we do.
We're Looking For Some Who Will
- Assist Truckcare customers on chargeable jobs and arrange quotes for services, Thorough Inspections and repair works.
- Manage the relationship with existing and new customers to drive the growth in Truckcare business.
- Cleanse existing data and proactively contact customers in the system to see if they have any requirements.
- Take leads from the sales team with any Truckcare customers’ needs and refer any leads back to the sales team when outside service / repair jobs.
- Liaise with the quotes and parts team to ensure conversion rate on quotes is achieved.
- Manage own time and workload to achieve goals and targets.

- Industry knowledge is desired.
- A good knowledge of IT is desired.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently is a requirement.
- Good communication skills are essential.
- Experience of dealing with customers and providing excellent customer service is essential.
