About the Role
Dealing with parts enquiries from Field Service Engineers & customers to ensure a joined-up approach with the Rushlift Service department, delivering a first-class customer experience while maximising revenue opportunities and fall through to bottom line.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Fast turnaround of quotes and quotes follow up.
- To coordinate efficient and effective supply of all appropriate parts via site and van stocks
- Liaise with and manage parts suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts where appropriate
- Track and trace all items through to completion of delivery.
- Process and manage parts returns from Field Service Engineers.
- To order and ensure timely delivery of parts to sub-contractors where appropriate
- To assist National Service Centre employees in identifying parts to ensure accurate chargeable customer quotes
What We Are Looking For:
- Education Required: 5 GCSE’s
- Experience Required: 0>5 years
- Travel Required: >0%
- Knowledge of Key or similar system and Excel preferred.
- Experience preferred in material handlings, customer service, parts sales, and stock control.
- Ability to multi-task
- Communication and Organisational skills.
- Open mindset.
