Machine reliability and serviceability is taken very seriously at Rushlift, whether you’re renting new or used GSE, or you simply want your own equipment maintained and serviced by us, you can be assured of outstanding levels of support.

Our parts system is one of the most sophisticated systems in the industry, utilising cloud technology all the way from engineer’s tablets, to identify the correct parts required, through to being able to check stock. 

We have invested heavily in parts distribution and accessiblity at our London Heathrow & London Gatwick workshops and airside parts vending machines. We hold up to £400k worth of stock across all sites for cars, vans, trucks plant and of course GSE, with up to 35,000 parts lines accessable in the UK alone. Our parts distribution is supported by a team of six parts specialsts.

Inventory availability, reduced waiting time and stock accountability plays a huge part in ensuring we provide excellent customer service, through minimising downtime and maximising productivity.
