Our parts system is one of the most sophisticated systems in the industry, utilising cloud technology all the way from engineer’s tablets, to identify the correct parts required, through to being able to check stock availability globally. Next day delivery is standard and can be achieved even for orders placed at 4.30pm, directly to customers sites or to your local Rushlift depot.

We have invested heavily in a UK Parts Distribution Centre located at the Northampton HQ, which now consists of 9,200 different line items. Our parts availability and first-time pick rate consistently runs at over 95%.
