Role: Contract Manager – Equipment
Travel Required: 70%
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17.00 (30 mins lunch) 42.5 hours per week
Working Conditions: National coverage (UK & Ireland) of customer sites and business depot locations
Overall purpose: To ensure accurate production of Equipment Site Surveys and Cap-Ex Proposals ensuring accurate and successful delivery of Equipment

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Main Responsibility Details
Manage Customer Requirements

(80%)

Carry out new truck installations
Carry Out Site Surveys
To attend customer meetings as required and pro-actively suggest business improvements
  Identify equipment requiring replacement
  Produce and submit customer Cap-Ex proposals
  Liaise with internal departments to achieve common goals
  Manage SG equipment stock levels with nominated suppliers
Liaising with Management

(10%)

Escalation of complaints and site feedback as required
  Assistance on fleet site replacement projects
Reporting

(10%)

To provide reports on status of cap-ex production & site surveys and sign off as required
  To provide reports on equipment stock levels and supply as required

 

Standard Desirable/ Essential Assessment
Work Experience
Minimum 1 year contract management experience D CV / Interview
