In addition to providing all types of forklift trucks, from powered pallet trucks to wire-guided systems, Rushlift hires and maintains a wide range of industrial equipment such as sweepers, mobile plants, and lorry loader cranes.

About the role:
To grow the fleet of customer owned trucks and increase revenue from the service side of the business.  Use existing database of customers as well as investigating avenues for future growth.  Customer satisfaction must be at the heart of everything we do.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • To drive the growth in customers through promotion of the Rushlift Truckcare package.
  • To manage Truckcare customers on Service Schedules, chargeable jobs, quotes for repairs and Thorough Inspections.
  • Cleanse existing data and proactively contact customers in the system to see if they have any requirements.
  • Take leads from the sales team for any TruckCare needs.
  • Refer short-and-long term rental leads back to the sales team.
  • Liaise with the quotes and parts team to ensure conversion rate on quotes is achieved.
  • Manage own time and workload to achieve goals and targets.
What we are looking for:
  • Education Required: No specific requirements.
  • Experience Required: 1 years in a similar or sales role.
  • Travel Required: 0%
  • Strong time management and ability to work alone.
  • Industry knowledge is desired.
  • A good knowledge of IT is desired.
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently is a requirement.
  • Good communication skills are essential.
  • Experience of dealing with customers and providing excellent customer service is essential.
